Refunds and Returns Policy

At Center Target Firearms, customer satisfaction and safety are our top priorities. Please read our return and refund policy carefully regarding firearms, ammunition, parts, and tactical gear.

1. Firearm Returns & Inspection Policy

• Before Transfer: If you inspect the firearm at your FFL dealer and discover any defects, damage, or discrepancies, do not complete the transfer paperwork. Contact us immediately at sales@centertargetfirearms.com, and we will arrange return shipping and a replacement or full refund.
• After Transfer: Once you take possession of the firearm from your FFL dealer, all firearm sales are final. Any functional issues or defects discovered after transfer must be handled directly through the original manufacturer’s warranty program.

2. Ammunition & Reloading Components

Due to safety and federal regulations, all sales of ammunition, primers, and gunpowder are FINAL and NON-RETURNABLE. We cannot accept returns on ammunition once it leaves our facility.

3. Non-Firearm Accessories & Optics

We accept returns on unopened, unused accessories, optics, holsters, and tactical gear within 30 days of delivery.

• Items must be in original, brand-new condition with all original packaging, manuals, and included accessories.
• Returns on opened or lightly used items may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

4. Denied FFL Transfers

If you purchase a firearm and fail or pass on the required background check at your local FFL dealer, or if you refuse delivery of a legal shipment, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping charges plus a 15% restocking fee once the item is safely returned and inspected.

5. How to Initiate a Return
