Welcome to Center Target Firearms. By accessing or purchasing from our website (centertargetfirearms.com), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

1. General Compliance & Legal Requirements

By placing an order on Center Target Firearms, you certify that:

• You are at least 21 years of age to purchase handguns, stripped receivers, or handgun ammunition.
• You are at least 18 years of age (or the minimum legal age required by your jurisdiction) to purchase long guns or rifle ammunition.
• You are legally permitted under federal, state, and local laws to purchase and possess firearms, ammunition, and regulated accessories.
• You are not prohibited by local, state, or federal law from receiving or possessing firearms or ammunition.

2. Federal Firearms License (FFL) Transfers

All firearms purchased online must be shipped directly to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. We do not ship firearms directly to residential addresses.

• It is the customer's responsibility to contact their chosen FFL dealer to confirm they accept transfers before placing an order.
• The customer is responsible for completing all required background checks (including Form 4473) and paying any applicable transfer fees to their local dealer.
• If a background check is denied or the customer is unable to complete the transfer, the shipment must be returned to us, and applicable return/restocking fees will apply.

3. Order Acceptance & Pricing

All orders are subject to acceptance and inventory availability. Center Target Firearms reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for any reason, including suspected fraudulent activity, legal restrictions, or pricing errors. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

4. Prohibited Jurisdictions & Restrictions

It is your responsibility to understand and abide by all state and local laws regarding magazine capacities, firearm features, and restricted items. We strictly adhere to federal, state, and local laws and will cancel orders for items restricted in your state or municipality.

5. Limitation of Liability

Center Target Firearms shall not be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of, or inability to use, materials on this site or the performance or safety of products sold, beyond applicable manufacturer warranties.
